A seller currently has tenants that have lived in the unit for a few years. The tenants have a child and there is significant wear and tear on the walls (adhesive stickers/scuff marks/holes). They clearly did not care for the unit as carefully as an owner would have.&nbsp; Is it reasonable to ask for a fresh coat of paint in addition to the patching of holes and caulking? If they were renting to another renter, it IS customary to offer a fresh paint job to the new renters.</p><p align="left">I know that it is typically the onus of the buyer to paint the unit however they wish.&nbsp; However, in this case, what happens?
