How can I find out who owns a home that has been unoccupied for over 2 years? I'd like to buy it.

I drive by it 5 days a week and it has been unoccupied all that time. I've gotten out and looked around the property and in the windows and it is empty. It was listed with a Realtor at one time but when I contacted them they said it had gone into foreclosure, that was over a year ago. I have been unable to find it listed for sale anywhere and the phone number of the person who comes up when I reverse directory it is disconnected. The Realtor can't/wouldn't give me any info on the owner. Please help.

How do I know what size dinning room to seek if I want 10 to 12 to sit comfortably. Is 13' x13' OK?

We are considering moving so we can have a bigger dinning area. We want to seat 10 to 12 comfortably. If I use calculations from the web, it figures that 16 x 13 would be required. How many could sit comfortably in a 13 x13 dinning room - that's the size of our favorite house so far.
