In the state of South Carolina, if a buyer's agent submits an offer to the listing agent is there a legal timeframe that the listing agent must get this written offer to the seller of the property?

I have placed a bid on a condo in Myrtle Beach. There is only one other offer on this same property. The bank has come back with best and final offer. Should I bid more or leave my bis as is?
