1109 2nd St Fayette City PA 15438 is shown at Newell Park 2nd st. This is only one error I have found. Across the river is a property that is actually in New York.

hi, i was under contract with a home. i made a deposit and also paid for the inspection and the apprasail. out of the blue the seller wanted out. am i able to file a legit claim to get my money back from the seller. i already got my deposit back but i want my inspection and appraisal fees back. any help would be helpful...thank you iin advanced.

I plan to move to Phila Pa and I am interested in refurbishing a row home. Most cities offer tax rebates for a period of 5 to 10 years is this avaialble in Phila if so what are the qualifications.

Today we got two spam emails that were written through zillow.

Both emails were people who heard real estate in the US is lucrative and they want help investing. They are both from supposed people who live overseas.

We sold our house after 4yrs 11mos and 7 days, our house was only on the market for 4 days when we accepted an offer and was closed within 30 days. We moved in with the in-laws while we looked for a new home. We are waiting on the bank's approval on our shortsale offer. Just checking to see if I could get some of my TAX money back
