Since they have different advantages such as school district, lot size and list price, we felt hard to decide which one to enter the contract. Our question is whether we could enter into the contract with with all at the same time until we finally go through one of them. But we don't know how to pay the earnest fee and how to withdraw from other contracts when we settle the first one. He said they already had offers and this was the only way I was going to get it. He didnt even want to hear my suggested offer. And when I told him I didnt feel comfortable with this, he said well this is how its done. Now I can understand going over the price during negotiations, but is this typical? Or is he just suggesting this so he can get more money? And since I told him I wanted to keep looking, I haven't heard from him.
