How does a new owner get a "make me move" offer ad removed from Zillow?

We bought this house 7moths ago and apparently a previous owner had done this but I just want it off.

rational offer price

we are trying to make an offer on a house we recently looked at. The listing price is 335,000. But the zillow estimate is 244,000 and the value from the local appraisor is about 240,000. We think the property is overpriced but would like to get some professional advice on how to make a rational offer. Thanks!

You all stated the the house at 8392 Raintree Ave. Riverside, Ca. sold at $320,000. It actually sold for $160,000. How can you state something that is not true?? Please e-mail me an answer ruthann1947@hotmail.com

Is multiple contract possible?

We recently find several houses that we are interested in . Since they have different advantages such as school district, lot size and list price, we felt hard to decide which one to enter the contract. Our question is whether we could enter into the contract with with all at the same time until we finally go through one of them. But we don't know how to pay the earnest fee and how to withdraw from other contracts when we settle the first one. We will appreciate your advice on this question.

Rent vs. Buy in Grad School

I consider myself fortunate that the next 5 years of education will be paid for via fellowships, but I can't help but wonder if the approximately $30k I will spend on rent over this time span could be better put into my first home. I'm debt free, have great credit, but only earn what a fellowship/TAship/Research Grant can give me (about $20k/year). My brother was pre-approved for a $190,000 loan, and said he'd be willing to front the cost since I can put $10k down right now. Looking at homes in Riverside, it seems that there are some good $200k homes for sale. I also would hate to miss out on that buyer's credit. Advice?

THE MORTGAGE IS UNDER HER NAME, NONE OF MY INFO. WAS USED IN APPLICATIONS. SHE BOUGHT BEFORE WE GOT MARRIED. Do zestimates assume the house to have standard features of homes in area such as a/c unit and sink

The house we are interested in has been stripped of central a/c and heating units, kitchen sink, cabinet doors. etc.,. all standard features of other houses in the track. Does the low zestimate assume these features are included or should we subtract the cost of replacing them from the low figure given or the high figure? The house has been on the market for about 50 days with no other successful bids yet. We like the house but don't want to overpay as it will require considerable cash to bring it up to standard.

I am buying a home which I submitted the offer 2 months ago and got approved and will be closing by 3/1/09. I see the price went down about 5% in couple of months. Can I ask the seller (Bank owned) at this time to reduce my offer?

I was just wondering because my realtor suggested I place an offer at least $5000 over the asking price. He said they already had offers and this was the only way I was going to get it. He didnt even want to hear my suggested offer. And when I told him I didnt feel comfortable with this, he said well this is how its done. Now I can understand going over the price during negotiations, but is this typical? Or is he just suggesting this so he can get more money? And since I told him I wanted to keep looking, I haven't heard from him. And that was over 2 weeks ago.
