I have been preapproved for a mortgage of $320k. It is contingent on the sale of my home $120k.
I currentl found a home for $169k and would like to keep my other property as rental.

I found an article via The Huffington Post that is raising the same questions that many folks here have raised about letting homebuyers access their First Time Home Buyers credit as their down payment.

Personally, I question the sanity of it all. But then again if it's used responsibly it may well work.

I am selling my home without a realtor and buying a new home that is contingent upon me selling home. I was told to bring a Hud 1 completed form to my closing to show proof of sale. Can I fill this form out myself and what is my bank looking for?

Made an offer on a home. Another party made an offer on the home but has a sale contigency. Was informed by realtor that my offer was accepted contingent on other offer removing sale contigency. Am I a pawn.
