The older one also has a private patio and I believe slightly higher quality interior. It also feels like a more spacious layout and design than the new smaller end unit. Both townhome are in same neighborhood, and priced equally. Both are 3 bedrooms. Which would you choose on my situation? I also plan on renting out 1 or 2 rooms in the unit, so that is a factor.
