Why are the lot sizes so far out of whack?

I see homes for sale in residential developments with 6350 acre lots, which is mythical! How can I trust or even search Zillow with such unpredictable data?

On Saturday I looked at 9262 E Windrose Drive Scottsdale AZ 85260 it was at $280K, today it is $272K

Who and Where to Sue?

Our attempt at buying a house fell through after some seriously shady actions by the seller or seller's agent. That's a story for a different time. Right now, we're trying to get our earnest money back from escrow and the seller is disputing our claim. The escrow agency won't disburse the funds without a court order, so it looks like Small Claims Court is only option.

There are a couple of parts of the filing that I'm not sure of but most of them can be boiled down to: who do I sue and where?

Do I sue the seller (a company)? The seller's realtor? The escrow agency? All three? If it's the company, then do I put the name of the guy who signed all of the papers?

Then, where is the claim filed? I was thinking that the location of the house in question made the most sense... but does it need to be the seller's address listed in the offer, instead?

for my husband and me and for my son and his wife and baby that is soon to come.we will need at least 3-4 bedrooms and 3baths. and a very big kitchen with lots of cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. and lots of cupboards and drawers in the bath-rooms,and lots of closets and storage room. Why do you allow blocking of zestimates by realtors

Some zestimates are blocked when listed by agents - today - I got a screen that said "get a professional estimate" and it asked to fill out information so the realtor could market me
Zillow is supposed to level the playing field - why are you allowing this?

How do you determine fair market value of a fix up home where the interior is gone except framing?

Want to make an offer on a 50+ year old home that was in the process of a remodel but the owner was unable to complete. The interior of the home contains only the wood framing. Bathrooms, flooring and kitchen has been removed. The asking price for the home is comparable to livable homes in the neighborhood. The house rests an a view lot. How do you determine a fair offer for a home in this type of condition?

Moving from CA to AZ. Didn't know good from bad areas of town when we moved here - only had one day to find a place. We ended up in Van Nuys, where stolen shopping carts line the street. I just want to know that I'm moving to an upscale area, with nice, clean shops. Neighbors who won't steal your mail, being able to walk the streets at night w/o fearing for my personal safety, and majority population
English speaking - all bonuses.
