I just have not seen them in my area. I find it a little disappointing that the local morning news occasionally has HD show people how to save money on their bills by adding lower wattage lights and insulation to pipes, but they (HD/Lowes) don't practice what they preach in their stores. I'm in NJ, New England's warehouse and shipping depot. When you're trying to sell a product, anything that makes it look a little less desirable will translate into reduced sales.<br/><br/>I don't think it's because the home improvement centers are clueless or don't care about energy efficiency: all the ones I've been in have skylights in the roof to let in natural (and free) light, and supplement it with what I believe are fairly efficient light fixtures.
