We will see. There is a great family renting it now- they love it and could remain tentants if someone is looking for an investment. We now live in N.Fl. and if we sell the E.H home we will be buying a horse farm here.

Yes. I am traveling for the rest of the week out in California and won't be able to upload until early next week.
It is a good price- keep in mind that in East Hampton the comps are more difficult as a house around the corner can sell for 2 million, but the house up the street for 700k. We are Just north of the Village into Northwest woods, but our block ranges from 700k-1.5million realistically. Our home is lovely, but more of a cottage on shy of an acre.
