We don't track Make Me Move sales, since the transactions occur outside Zillow, but we've heard some really interesting stories. Homes people have admired from afar, or a childhood home someone covets as an adult. Some people also just use it to test the waters prior to officially listing their home for sale.

Hi BrianMcIver -

From my understanding, the Make Me Move icon allows home owners to state a price in which they would be willing to agree to sell their home.

Most of the time, the price is pretty ridiculous, but it's an interesting option that Zillow provides. I'd love to hear someone that actually bought a home this way!
