You need to research recent sales of "comparable" homes in your neighborhood. Be honest with yourself and you'll end up with a good starting point. Zillow prices help to place a approximate value to a house and a neighborhood in general but does not account for many of the actual variables that determine a homes value.

If you're referring to the Zestimate value of a home, you may see it by searching for the address on Zillow.

However, some of the homes does not have a Zestimate value. It's either the address was user-created (not originally in our database) or we do not have enough info to come up with a valuation.
