Zillow Advice: Home Buying - Rent or Buy?

I got one "hate mail" regarding my house. I immediately blocked all E-mails. I'm sure that most of the Realtors get some hate mail from someone if I got hate-mail just because of my house that I'm not selling.

I'm told Elv!s used to have info about his business listed on his profile; but removed it. Some people on Zillow can be very abusive sometimes. The moderators help some, but it doesn't really address the E-mails.

The good realtors tell us what we need to hear, not what they wish is true; thus the good ones, like Marci, Azrob, Elv!s, GRI, Carrie, and the one from Brentwood CA (Northern CA, not Los Angeles - forgot her name); are still here and still being helpful.

(No, this is not an exhaustive list; I know I left some out...; and we still have some not-so-helpful ones hanging around too, like LIRe).

If I were going to buy a place in Phoenix Rob would be the first person I would call, even if I disagreed with his perspectives just because I know he wouldn't BS me. That alone would be worth the 3% right there.

Yes, the old days of zillow forums, where cheerleaders could spew their garbage free of worry that there could be a dissenting opinion (truth) to shake them up. Unfortunately, they're gone now.
