I would just contact the agent. They are usually understandable. For example; one of my listings expired, I forgot to delete it from here, and the owner listed with another agent. The other agent told me, and I immediatley deleted it. Sometimes you overlook some sites. If for some reason he refuses, ask to talk to the managing broker or contact Zillow.
