The county has (within 2-3 weeks) all recorded documents (like deeds of sale) and they usually list the amount of the sale. You can also go to the County offices and see the actual document online. The MLS only has properties that were sold by a member of the MLS. You bet bet might be to ask your local assessor or recorder's office. The information is public record and is generally free. If it is listed on Zillow, you would go the the front page and type the lot address in he Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If they have it, it'll come up within about 30 days after it is sold and recorded. A local agent might also be able to look it up on the MLS for you.
