Another technique might be to go back as far as possible and then back out the average increased during the years that are missing. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page with even more information about your house. For the value in 2002, the best Zillow has is the chart estimate on your charts page in 2002. If you need more specific info, contact a local agent or an appraiser to help you.
