My own property was undervalued by nearly $200k. And was listed *and remains as such* in the wrong subdivision.<br/><br/><br/>This is especially true for areas and neighborhoods which have renovated and non-renovated propertes, and historic neighborhoods. Because it makes no distinction between these types of properties and other "sales". It also does not exclude foreclosures.<br/><br/><br/>This is why it is still recommended to utilize a <a href="http://www.zillow.com/directory/real-estate-agents/">REALTOR</a> or an appriaser for true valuations.
