8136 Loma Verde    $300,000 3bd 2ba 1354 sqft
8349 Lurline Ave      $325,000 3bd 2ba 1482 sqft

The average price per square footage works out to $231.

So this would equate to about $390,000, However I would adjust the price accordingly depending on the current market.

Since the home sold for $172K back in 1996 factor in inflation and increase in incomes. Have inflation gone up by 100% since 1996? Nope.Certainly not worth 600K median from the peak.

More like around 250K if you use a heft 50% inflation factor.
