Hi rrrcer-

I run the email program here at Zillow and am sorry to hear you are having issues with our mails. Could you send me the mail(s) you are referring to so I can know which are an issue? Please send as an attachment if possible, but if not, a forward will do. We do testing on them all but email code can be very sensitive and problems can come up. I would like to get the info you are looking for and see what I can do about the unreadable mails.
