Title insurance rates are set by the state, so you won't find much difference between companies. I use Surety Title, with offices throughout the state (NJ). You should also ask your agent who they've work with.

Call your local Century 21 Office and ask the Broker who they use. You can bet it will be a reputable&competative company that will not short you on service or stick you on price.
