The neighborhood is pristine: manicured lawns, maintenance free, solid construction, private/gated community and great amenities like swimming pools, lakes, walking paths, tennis courts, full-out gym, club house, and the list goes on and on ...<br/><br/>The downside is traffic noise from I-75, depending on where in the community the home is situated.
