Hi Bill-

To see the Zestimate value for a home, just enter the address on the "find homes" tab and it will give you the home information with a Zestimate. You may also enter the city and state or the zip code of the area you want to search and just zoom in to see the home information and the Zestimate.

Additionally, not all homes on the website have a Zestimate. There are some properties that do not have Zestimate values because we do not have the home transaction history. This is possibly because the home is in a "non-disclosure" state (Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Wyoming) where transactions are not publicly reported.

If the home is not in those states, it might be that we have the tax assessed value and home information from local public records, but we do not have sales transactions from our data providers for the area.

No Zestimate for you for one year!

If you are truly considering buying a home, have a Realtor pull up some comps for recent sold properties in the area.

God bless Zillow, sometimes the Zestimate works, sometimes it's waaaay off. Don't base your decision to buy a home based on the Zillow Zestimate.
