If you are wanting to sell the home, I would recommend you order a CMA from a broker. A cumulative market analysis will give you accurate details regarding your home value.

However, we only provide Zestimates for properties that we got the information from public records. If the property was manually created, I do apologize but we will not be able to provide a Zestimate value for it.
