Besides, the guy asked the question at the beginning of July, and it is already the middle of september, and the guy has not been back. 2.5 months late. Your answer is esentually useless. If you want to be helpful to people that ask questions, you need to be a little more prompt than that.

But I suppose that is how you do business? Keep people waiting for months?

Joseph - please read the Zillow "Good Neighbor Policy"
whose link is at the bottom of the right bar on each discussion page, as well as next to the "submit" button under the text input box.

Zillow prefers you do not post your contact info into the discussion post, as your user-name and avatar link to your user-profile, where that information should already be available to anyone that wants it. It is redundant to post it here, and it makes reading the discussions feel like commercial advertisements.

If you want a "paid advertisement", you can pay for it.

Besides, many on the mortgage board were complaining about the practices of the Eagle mortgage company a few months ago. Some were even complaining that a copyrighted photo was stolen.

Really, why should one take a hit on the interest rates or other terms when it is extremely easy to raise the credit score instead? 10 points in that range is really nothing.
