I think that would be nearly impossible as the vast majority of commercial property is priced based on return on capital or its ability to generate income. Zillow would not be able to obtain financial statements to calculate the value.

I read that zillow only is doing single family at this time.
They might start doing commercial as it is about to the reason we get in more trouble in real estate. The refi's and or Debt needs to be rolled on many Commercial properties sold at the PEAK, and consensus has Commercial down anywhere from 10% to 60% of course location based.

Or you rather you can google T2 June 2ND More Pain To Come is the title. It is worth a lot of money, and they have it posted for everyone to see, I found it from a great blog I like, I will post links to both and I would love to hear what you think, if you agree or disagree as that is how we all learn and talk it out.
