It's way more involved than you might think to do this, given the nature of our searches. I must confess there is a long list of features that we're working on in the Search area. I have it onto the Search team as a suggestion for later. <br/><br/>If you want to show the newest listings on your site, we do have a <a href="http://www.zillow.com/webtools/widgets/NewestForSaleHomes.htm">Newest for sale listings widget</a> that you can set to a location.
