That is really strange because on the surface it looks like everything is set up properly. According to how your profile is set up, the email should be going to clAgent@clarkcountyexpert.com. If this isn't correct, then you need to log on to the site and update your email address.

I just sent another test email thru to see where it goes.

Hmmm...looks like it should work, try flagging the listing on its home details page. Customer service can take a look at it.

May also just be a lag in time before the system updates.

Yes, another agent had "claimed it" via their loading of the listing into their personal website, which in turn can feed into ZIllow and other sites.

I did not know they had done this, and claimed this listing back yesterday:

10315 NE 198th Street, Battle Ground, WA 98604

Upon testing an e-mail inquiry today, the assistant for the other agent responded to my test e-mail :(

It sounds like maybe another person has claimed one of your listings - try listing the address here and someone can research it.
