You should "CLAIM" your property. Then you can self-service edit the information about your home.

Hi misty lady,
We are continuously updating properties based on the information we get from county databases and other data sources. Most counties report data on homes (assessments once per year at least).

If there is a home value Zestimate on your home, it is updated 3 times per week.

We are dependent on Microsoft and Google for updates to the satellite, plane and street view maps. Some of those are definitely at least a few years old.

If we have something wrong, you can edit your home facts and we'll update the Zestimate based on the revised facts.
