Zillow Advice: Using Zillow to sell - How long does it take for my updated photos to be viewd by the public?

Ah, ok. This images are being fed from a third party (either MLSNI thru Listhub) or thru your broker Coach.
We connect agents and their listings together via an email address. So I believe the reason you can't edit or remove the other photos is because your profile is using a different email address than what the feed partner has on record for you. Almost everything should be coming to us via your broker Coach, so just make sure you have your Coach address in there, which I think you do.

I am going to ask our Customer Service team to remove any photos that don't have the email address that matches yours. This will allow you to reorder/edit any photos on these listings.

Make sense?

I'm going to try and do what you asked. The listing you found is the previous listing with another Broker. It expired last week with them and I relisted it two days later. My MLS# is 2204505 and the listing date is 7/16/09.

Good news- I looked up the listing and indeed see it online. Is this the home - click here.
Bad news - You aren't shown as the listing agent! Is Paul an old agent on the home or something? This listing is coming to us via a third party site, and sometimes agents forget to take them out of those systems.

Can you please: Log on, go to this listing, near the contact information click the 'flag listing' button and select incorrect listing agent. Then tell them the right info. This will get send to our customer service team.

ok. Customer service said that they deleted any photos that weren't attached to your profile. First, just double check their work. Second, you should be able to reorder any way you would like.

110 Rockaway St, Islip Terrace, NY. 620 Belmore Ave, Islip Terrace, NY. 100 Birch St, Islip, NY.

If you have the ability to view more uploaded photos, each of these homes has the pic that i requested be used as the main image.

Sounds like a glitch because it should have happened immediately. What is the addressed and what pic do you want first. Our customer service department can take a look.

Let me clarify...The pictures that were originally on the site are still there even though I've added new pics and picked a new "main image". How to I clear the original pics?
