I can set up a search that will automatically email you when homes come on the market that fit your criteria. With schools, it's difficult because the zoning can change and it's not a mandatory field in the MLS so a lot of agents don't fill this in..........which makes the search very difficult for the end user. I can outline the boundaries on a map search though and have the listings automatically sent to you for the district you want. Also, you can click here to enter an address and see what schools it is zone for in Hillsborough county.
