(we have two in metro Deroit&nbsp; and not all brokers belong to both) <br/><br/>Does the agent have so many listing he or she will not likely put forth as much effort to your home due to to many listings? <br/><br/>are they so busy they take days to return a phone call? <br/><br/>will they market your home in as many possible ways as they can? i.e <br/>company website, personal website, zillow,&nbsp; do they hold open houses? <br/>print marketing? <br/><br/>I&nbsp; would&nbsp; Find minimum of three agents and interview them and see what they do to sell homes in your area....Also watch out for the agents that promise they can get you $XXX.XXX&nbsp; more for your home than the other agents.
