Hi Marissa-

I am the Director of Broker Services that Spencer mentioned in his post above. I am afraid I can't be of much help because I don't see the house showing as being for sale, or see any other agent associated with it. Here is a link to what I see online for the listing. If you are seeing something different, please do give me a link to it and I'll gladly research it for you.

Perhaps you are confusing the Zestimate (the estimated value of what the home is worth which we have on about 70 million homes on the site) with a for sale price? If that is the case, others on the string are correct that we don't take these numbers down and have they have provided some good links to educational resources.

However, the owner of the property can log on and publish an Owner's Estimate to the site, if they feel like anything is incorrect.

Also, the listing agent upload their For Sale information for free to the site. This will push the Zestimate to the bottom of the page, and replace it at the top with the For Sale price.

I am not Zillow, but this house here or in the one on the duplicate page here does not look like it even is listed for sale. The photo is a satellite shot and there is no agent or additional photos listed on the page at all. Is this the right address and page or is there another listing page somewhere? As far as I can see, the only information listed is public information. Zillow does not remove public information by request from what I have seen since it is available to everyone from local recorder's and assessor's offices. You can read more about their policy here.
