Zillow Advice: Using Zillow - Merging Two Listings

Dear Zillow.com,

It has been three years now since the home has been delisted, so the automatic feed should be terminated. Can we do something at this time to merge two duplicated entries with Zillow IDs of 2146740239 and 4879716, respectively?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have checked on Rt2 Box 2314-oo Highway, Thayer, MO 65791 and noticed that the home is no longer for sale. However, our records show that the home is still active from the Century21. This means that the home may be re-posted as for sale by the same agent who submitted the listing through the feed when Zillow updates the website.

I will contact the agent to have the listing removed from the source of the feed.

However, you now have two listings for the same property. Do you want us to delete Rt2 Box 2314-oo Highway, Thayer, MO 65791 from the website? Please advise.

I have two listings one is RR2 Box 2314/OO Highway, Thayer,Oregon County, Missouri 65791 and one 2314 R2, Thayer, Missouri 65791. I listed the first one an a Century 21 Agent whent into the site and posted himself as the agent , which he is NOT. I tried to correct it as the owner andcouldn't . I tried to list it again at the RR 2 Box 2314/OO Highway address and it listed it again but as 2314 R2, Thayer, MO and did NOT delete the old listing. I have reduced the price and would love to get this all corrected so I can sell my property. Please help.

I do apologize but we will not be able to merge this two properties. What we can do is to have the property that you have created on the website (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=2146982529) deleted so that there will only be one property for the address 3471 Florence Way, Denver, CO 80238.

I suggest that you transfer all of the information from the property that you have created to the home that we have on our database (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=72297917) and I will submit the manually created property to the proper department for deletion.

I do apologize for the late reply. However, I have noticed that you have already claimed this listing as it's owner and have already made the necessary changes on the home.

Our records show that the information did not was nit enter through the feed but was manually entered. Furthermore, this listing seems to be active from another feed from another agent. Are you still associated with this new agent? Please advise.

I have a similar situation, in that I created a house profile of our new home in March of 2007, prior to Zillow creating the 'automatic' profile. I would like to merge the data between the two so that there is less confusion. The house address is 3471 Florence Way in Denver. Can someone from Zillow help me out?
