If ther <a href="http://www.zillow.com/mortgage/">loan</a> is more than your father's home is worth, as a Trustee I would request permission for a short sale from the <a href="http://www.zillow.com/directory/lenders/">lender</a> if that is not&nbsp; your current arrangement. This will not count against your credit. ....
