Or, if you like, contact the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.dre.ca.gov/cons_home.html">Department of Real Estate</a>.<br/><br/>Perhaps you're finding that many Zillow listings do not have sale prices, because they aren't for sale, but that is because the primary purpose of Zillow is delivering a value number/range for all publicly recorded residential properties.
