However, there's no question that to get a more accurate opinion of your home's value you should talk to an agent or an appraiser. Zillow's Zestimates are far from perfect. Here's a video with more info on Zestimates.

dont pay anyone, if you are just curious. check with your last tax assesed value (the lowest end) and see compariables that have sold in your hood w/ the same amenities (everything bedrooms, baths, upgrades, etc.). but most likely around 866k
