Here are the steps to do so:

1. Log on to your Zillow account.
2. Go to the "Home Details Page" of the property.
3. Click on "Edit status".
4. Erase the link on the "Related website".
5. On the drop down box of the home status, click on "No longer for sale".
6. Then click on the Disclaimer (which starts with, "I promise that I am...") before clicking on "Create Your Listing" button.

However, since the listing was posted for sale through the listings feed, you have to release the listing from the source of the feed so that the home will not be re-posted on Zillow once the system updates the feed.

Please advise us which of the two listings you would prefer to be removed so we could submit the listing to the proper department for deletion.
Tue, 07 Jul 2009 14:19:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/MLS-104804-is-listed-twice-How-do-I-remove-one/253070/ 2009-07-07T14:19:00Z
