Just like A homeowner there is a cash crunch when the <a href="http://www.zillow.com/mortgage/">loan</a> adjusts upwards(don't they always!). Not to mention that underwriters have changed vacancy rate allowances which is usually a detriment to the borrower. Also in many areas rental construction also overheated and now there is excess capacity in many markets.
