Under current market guidelines it's full doc or nothing for a purchase. Some folks may say they can do this but all require you to sign a form 4506T that allows the <a href="http://www.zillow.com/directory/lenders/">lender</a> your Federal Tax Transcripts. You don't what to&nbsp;commit fraud, do you?<br/><br/>They say 50% of the foreclosures&nbsp;that are happenning now are due to a stated variety of <a href="http://www.zillow.com/mortgage/">loan</a>.
