I have found some good leads here and also have introduced my firm to the power of Zillow. Hello Everyone!

Jamie Curtis from Menifee Ca. I've been in real estate over 13 years. I really do love working in Real Estate and look forward to working in the current market as I enjoy the challenge.

I think Zillow if fabulous! I've received two clients off my listings and closed a deal with an investor that contacted me from out of state.

The only thing I wish was a bit more "spot on" are the "zestimates" as my clients "really" hang on to those prices (which tend to be quite far off and take the highest closings vs. most recent) and you really have to work at "explaining & proving" to them that they don't take into account that it's not pulling to their specific area, etc.....hence more reason why they really need a Realtor.

Anyway, I think this is a great site and I look forward to meeting some new people, learning new things, networking & referrals.....

I am a RE investors with about 24 years of investing behind me. I live in London England. I invest in residential property in the US and the UK.

New to Zillow so still learning about the service. The general view from investors is Zillow provides estimates that are all over the place. Having a technology background I expect the models and the data will improve so it is a service worth supporting.

Discussion is usually good and the shared knowledge is always useful. I am Richard from the Orlando area. 22 years in real estate with my own office and 6 agents. Looking to grow, train, teach and share with many new and experienced agents.
I think Zillow is one example of going forward online. So many consumers, so many places to search. This one stands out and will be good for all of us.
