good news is, the buyer forum on zillow is trashed,...no longer can doomers spread out their propoganda. You will now see multiple offers at above asking price ;)

I'm with you...I'm kinda past the point of obsessing over whether each person who comes through will put an offer in. I just feel kinda defeated and I really try not to get my hopes up. I feel like the minute I quit caring is when it'll happen, LOL!

I had 3 showings, 1 on Thurs, 2 on Sat and 4 groups of people at my open house Sunday. 2 couples were interested...... I have heard positive comments from my RE Agent and interested people...but I honestly don't get my hopes up because I think it will be a while. I cannot get over the fact that they need to put their offers in! Don't give me a lot of fluff---just fill out the papers MAN! I am trying to be real.

Nope...another S L O W weekend for us. We did have a showing on Friday afternoon though. They were supposed to be here from 2-3. We drove down our street at 2:50 and there were two cars in the driveway. We sat down the street in DH's truck (they couldn't see us). About 3pm they came out of the house. They stood in the driveway talking for another 10 minutes or so, then the husband took a flyer (wonder why he did this after seeing the house?).

Anyway, to us it looked like they may be interested but we haven't heard anything at all from them.

And, I think b/c we are firing our realtor as of 4/30 she is probably not going to get any feedback for us.

Right now we are waiting on the results of Friday's appraisal, and hopefully the bank will make us an offer soon so we can buy that new construction house. If that doesn't work out, we are back to the drawing board and will just find a new realtor and start over.

Sometimes I just wanna scream!
