Never heard of the "warp around mortgage"; does it travel at 10 times the speed of light as the Starship Enterprise did?

You greedy buyers are all wasting my time.

I have been trying to sell my house since 2006, and not one reasonable offer. In fact all you greedy buyers keep decreasing your offers, what's your problem?

Most recently I listed it again on zillow, 250 days ago almost, and I was offering a bargain at $799K, well to hell with you all, it's back at $869K! You will be priced out forever doomers! FOREVER!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Instead of renting it why don't you try a lease to own. With a lease to own you have your tenant pay 3 - 5% more then the going rent rates. This is great for people who have money and but maybe not the best credit. Doctors, lawyers, ect..

Also, with the banks not lending on jumbo loans as much, like yours would be, you could offer owner financing. There is also the warp around morgage option. Get creative with selling your house.

First we would have to define the term "fair market value". This is the price a buyer is willing to pay in a reasonable amount of time to buy a property. Once that closing occurs NEW "fair market value" has been established. Therefore I am sorry to say, but no buyer cares really how much a seller had to pay for his property.
