Now during the early stages of the bust of the most monstrous housing price bubble the world has ever seen you should be safe and stay out of the market for a few years.&nbsp; You won't miss a thing.&nbsp; Do you not agree that there are some good deals to be found even today?&nbsp; Yes, some houses are overpriced and some are not.&nbsp; It's the buyer's job to distinguish between the two.&nbsp; But to say the whole market will be crashing it's not a good time for anyone to buy now and that they are in denial and misery may be an overstatement.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Anyway, if you are truly looking to buy and your area is overpriced and you are simply waiting, I apologize for thinking lesser of you.&nbsp;
