The weather is beautiful. The ocean is warm. That's why they call it paradise!

I'm not trying to change your minds but I think there needs to be someone telling the other side of the story when it comes to housing. Because it is not as bad as some of you may believe. And buying a house is probably one of the best decisions anyone could make if done intelligently.
