My website, www.REOmamma.com has links to all of the lenders I work with that have public searchable databases. Check out the various links and search your area and you will be amazed at what you find. If you are searching for an agent to help you purchase a bank owned home, one of your first questions should be how many REO listings they presently have. The more REO listings they personally have will give you an indicator of how experienced with REO they are. REO is not the same as traditional real estate and does not follow many "customary" trends. Agents who wish to sell REO should first invest in classes or obtain certifications in REO to best serve their clients.

Richard Stewart
REO Specialists llc
Kalamazoo MI Sat, 15 May 2010 14:54:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-search-REO%27s/304831/ 2010-05-15T14:54:00Z YES! If so, you can go to the courthouse in the county in which it is located and find who holds the current deed of trust or mortgage. If you don't have a specific property in mind, then I do suggest that you can find information on sites such as foreclosure.com
Sat, 15 May 2010 12:30:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-search-REO%27s/304831/ 2010-05-15T12:30:00Z Do you have a realtor to ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-search-REO%27s/304831/ Do you have a realtor to help you?
If you do have a realtor, the realtor will be able to find the REO properties easily?

Grace Keng
Realtor,
RE/MAX RES
[website removed by moderator] Tue, 08 Dec 2009 00:55:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-search-REO%27s/304831/ 2009-12-08T00:55:00Z
