I know which lender the first guy is using and he's not disclosing the lender charge, which he admits to in his comments. They might use GD for the loan because he is a celebrity (TODAY SHOW), but I am toast (wanted in most areas). The national/out of towners will catch eyes initially, but may have issues reataining, but also remember the appraisal change in '09. We don't have the "I know this local market" schtick.. not that I use it. As our "networking" wondertwin powers are being diminished bbecause of past abuses. For locals, I think we need to be "close enough" to justify the enhancement of epidermis touching if needed. Keep "rockin".
Tue, 06 May 2008 11:57:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Hall-of-Shame-No-Way-That%27s-Happening/31505/ 2008-05-06T11:57:00Z CO, I share your thoughts ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Hall-of-Shame-No-Way-That%27s-Happening/31505/
CO,

I share your thoughts on the local quotes, but this is the "world wide web", not the "rocky mountain web".
Tue, 06 May 2008 11:17:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Hall-of-Shame-No-Way-That%27s-Happening/31505/ 2008-05-06T11:17:00Z
