Due to your Uncle's physical health you may seek out counsel for further advice if there is an issue along those lines.<br/><br/>It is usually difficult to renegotiate a lease, but depending on the terms cellular companies may be willing to take a look. Currently many of these companies are upgrading their sites and you may be able to capture some additional rent. Another option is to sell the lease outright and get it out of your hair. If its not stated clear enough there. Hire a laywer if this deal is not what you want.&nbsp;If his mental capacity was not so good, as is my mothers.&nbsp; You may have a good legal standpoint.&nbsp; There may be some wording as to what happens upon his death.&nbsp; Importantly I am not a lawyer and many of them do give free legal advice.&nbsp; There is also a free # for the state of MS that gives legal advice.
