I thought a concession was a decreased amount in offered price, but when I asked my realtor she debates that my counter offer did not include concession in final price, but original offered price cleary stated it, so I am really upset that she has not assisted me&nbsp;in getting assistacn w/closing costs.&nbsp;My total settlement costs are about 18.5K I think this&nbsp;is too high.
