When beginning a discussion of listing be sure that you find an agent who you can trust and gives you all of the information, not just part of it. From your question, It looks like you are asking how do you put your house on the market? However you might be asking, How do you list it on Zillow? Either way the best thing for you to do is to call a Realtor, who can give you real values and real information on your property.

Zillow is my favorite site, but there are many more. You should put your home with ehub which will put into about a hundred other real estate website aggregators. Also, make sure the pictures are spectacular.
