I am still having the same problem I reported a few days ago. It was fixed but now there is a problem with the site again. 121 Owls Nest Court Manorville, NY 11949. How quickly can this be fixed????

No this procedure is not useable. You cannot click on home details once this bug happens. But if you go to the photos directory using your zid you can do the rest but it still does not work unless you post as FSBO. If you are the owner and you have claimed your property and you list as by agent/broker then you get the expired listing error which is a bug that needs to be fixed asap!

Kindly follow these steps in re-posting your expired listing on Zillow:

1. Log-in to your account on Zillow.

2. Go to Favorite homes and click on the property address.

3. On the home details page, click on the "Click here to update posting status" link just beside the sale price.

4. On the next page, choose "No longer for sale" on the drop down box, then click on "Create your Listing".

5. Go back to the home details page and post again your property for sale on Zillow.

Should this not work, please let me know.

Thanks drshock--I have re-listed as a FSBO with my agent's website link...since no one from zillow has bothered to answer, I appreciate the assist! I would rather have people see my listing as a FSBO than not have them see it at all with the agent's info! Have a great day!

i am unable to repost my home listing at 11062 hollister road,oak hills,ca.92344. i keep getting the same response that the site is having problems,etc.i want to repost my expired listing with no changes to the listing but it will not let me repost it..please help..

What I've found is everytime zillow says they've "fixed" it all they do is set it to FSBO. When you try to correct the listing to agent/broker you get this expired listing error again. Doesn't matter if you take it down and repost it or any of these other workarounds - the error comes from an owner posting for sale thru agent from what I've experienced. FSBO doesn't have the problem.

Thanks for checking...but it is messed up again. For some reason, this morning when I checked it, it had my listing as as FSBO with my listing agent's phone number. I am the owner of the house, and I created my zillow listing, but I put my agent's info on the listing. So...just now I wanted to see the details page because I keep track of visitors, and it once again had my listing as FSBO with my agent's phone number. So I edited the status, put the agent's info back in, and now it is inaccessible. Do you know why this is happening now, when I haven't had a problem like this for the past year? Thanks for your help!

I had this same problem several days ago, reported it, and it was fixed. When I checked my listing this morning, it had for sale by owner with my realtor's phone number, so I corrected the mistakes and now cannot get to my listing. 4519 High Point Ln The Plains, VA. Please help! Thank you!
